'Certificates' folder missing under 'Personal'

When I open certificate manager (Local Computer Account) The folder 'Certificates' is missing under 'Personal'. Is it possible to create Certificates folder under Personal and how can I do that?75838-image.png

    This will appear automatically as soon as you add/import a certificate into the Personal store
