Cannot cancel my Microsoft Teams Essentials subcription

Question

I have a Microsoft Teams Essential subscription which I want to cancel.

I am getting billed every month.

In the mail I've got from Microsoft, there is the following link:

The link is supposed to get me to Microsoft 365 Admin Center. A window appears which request my mail mail address and a password. So far everything is ok, but here comes the problem.

A redirection occurs to another Microsoft website which again wants me to login with mailadress and password. Here I'get that the mailadress does not exist and I cannot continue.

What should I do??? Is there a normal phone number to call to support at Microsoft to cancel my subscription?

Please go here: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage sign in using the credential in your second screenshot. The email format is username @xxxx.onmicrosoft.com

Once in, click on Billing on the left, then Your product, and find your license listed on the right. Click on it, from there you can cancel it.
