In Power Point, is there a way to remind a user that a click is required to advance to next part of presentation in same slide?

Hello,

I am creating power point slides for other educators to use. There are pauses where the slide requires a click before popping us next section (in same slide) to allow the teacher to ask questions or deliver more content. Currently these pauses are create by a simple click action on next object. Is there a way for power point to automatically indicate that a click is required?

I currently have an icon pop-up and then disappear as the "advance to next section" notice. It works, but it can be a pain as I may have 5 or 6 click-pause in a single slide.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Hi @Michael Burns

Just my idea, not a complete solution.

You may insert a shape with "Click" text to remind the user to click. For automated operations, this requires the help of macro code, such as using: Shapes.AddShape method.
