We are seeing that our report server is functioning correctly when accessed through the website for reporting HTTPS://<server>/Reports. However, when we check the SCCM console and navigate to Monitoring/Reports, the reports are not displayed and the list is empty.

We require assistance in resolving this issue.

Thank you.

    Hi,

I understand that you’re having trouble viewing reports in the SCCM console, even though they’re accessible via the report server’s website. Here are a few potential solutions to this issue:

Account-Related Issue: It could be an account-related issue. Try accessing the reports with different domain accounts with full administrator access.

Check Component Status: In the Configuration Manager console, go to the Monitoring workspace, expand System Status, and select the Component Status node. Select the SMS_SRS_REPORTING_POINT component. On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Component group, select Show Messages, and then choose Error.

Reinstall Report Services: You could try reinstalling Report Services or the Report Service Role in ConfigMgr.

Remember to close and reopen the SCCM console after making changes. If the issue persists, it would be helpful to review the log files for any errors or warnings. Please let me know if you need further assistance!

Are the Ports open on the firewall to SSRS from the Console? Where are you looking at the SSRS website site? e.g. on SSRS server or remotely? Did you reinstall the Reporting Point?

    Hi,

For us the followings was the solution:

    1. Login to SCCM site server or into there where reporting services are running and run certlm.msc (local computer cert store). Export the server's certificate to X.509 DER format.
      User's image
    2. Import this certificate to all client computer's trusted root, where you want to use this function in console.
      On Client computers use certlm.msc
Import the previously exported .cer into Trusted Root certificate store Hope this solves it to you as well.
