Recover files in onedrive from different tenant sharepoint

i my name is veliyana, i feel crazy when I know this my data cannot be accessible anymore. I have one drive using a work account, and it can still be accessed on 21 February 2024, but as of today, 14 March 2024, I can't access it because my account doesn't exist anymore. I tried to contact my IT workplace, and they helped me create my old account, but after signing, my files don't back up anymore. 

I tried using the suggestion : The original OneDrive URL is https://tenantname-my.sharepoint.com/personal/name_oldcompanydomain_onmicrosoft_com/_layouts/15/onedrive.aspx

its give me a look about all my files but after i click in file there is an error. I just found my files have in different sharepoint : 

new account SharePoint: https://**[mulacid-my.sharepoint.com/personal/name_fmipa_unmul_ac_id/_layouts/15/onedrive.aspx?view=0] 

old account SharePoint : https://fmip***[mulacid-my.sharepoint.com/personal/name_fmipa_unmul_ac_id/_layouts/15/onedrive.aspx?view=0]

    Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

    1.After you click in file there is an error. Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

    2.You tried to contact your IT workplace, and they helped me create my old account. Is it a restore from the list of deleted users, or is it a new account recreated with the same name in different tenant?

    Ask your it if there is a problem with the account created for you and why it exists in a different tenant.
