Microsoft learn sandbox has been suspended 4 days after appeal
I started my Learn Azure Fundamental course on March 29th and reached my first sandbox when I encountered my account being suspended for suspicious activity. I haven't done anything besides going through the course. I immediately selected appeal and have been patiently waiting since that day, but I haven't received any email or update. I've refreshed the page, but nothing.

Today, I even tried deleting the account at the cost of starting over and also starting over my wait time for a response. The note said it would take 24-36 hours, but I've gotten nothing from support. I need to take this course and certify for a class, and I was trying to get hands-on with the labs in the course. Is there anything that I can provide to the support team to get this issue resolved?
