Microsoft learn sandbox has been suspended 4 days after appeal

I started my Learn Azure Fundamental course on March 29th and reached my first sandbox when I encountered my account being suspended for suspicious activity. I haven't done anything besides going through the course. I immediately selected appeal and have been patiently waiting since that day, but I haven't received any email or update. I've refreshed the page, but nothing.

Today, I even tried deleting the account at the cost of starting over and also starting over my wait time for a response. The note said it would take 24-36 hours, but I've gotten nothing from support. I need to take this course and certify for a class, and I was trying to get hands-on with the labs in the course. Is there anything that I can provide to the support team to get this issue resolved?

Please review your account inbox for further details regarding the notifications explaining the reasons for the block on your sandbox access.

Your options are limited until you receive a response to your appeal. The duration of this process may differ based on the policies and procedures of the organization managing the sandbox.

If you’re encountering restricted sandbox access, you can refer to the troubleshooting steps below for assistance:

1. Firstly, please log out from all Microsoft accounts currently active in your browser. Subsequently, make an attempt to sign in using your Learn ID.

2. Alternatively, you can try accessing your Learn account by opening a new incognito or private browsing window.

I cannot access my lab. I get the error message "Lab access suspended" This can happen when our automated fraud system detects potential misuse of the platform, for example, banned code, unexpected actions outside of the lab activities, or high resource utilization. Once banned, all Microsoft Learn sandbox activations will be blocked. Use the Appeal button to submit a review request. Our fraud team will verify the lab activity and unblock the sandbox within 24-36 hours if the appeal is successful. Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Are you speaking of my email inbox associated with my learning account? I've checked in the junk, focused, and other folders and don't see anything from Microsoft or an appeal.

Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox (unit 4/9)

In an attempt to move on to the next exercise with a sandbox, I also tried skipping, but when I verified, the same message showed up.

I'm having the same issue with my account being blocked from labs, it's been over a week now and there's just no response whatsoever as far as I can see (in my associated mailboxes). It's quite annoying, I've been using my account exclusively for following courses (in this case the Azure AI Fundamentals & "Get started with Azure AI services").

Also, it just says "Your appeal has been received. Appeals are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and may take several days to process." It's been two weeks since I first encountered it, a week since I finished the course and still no access to the labs. I'm not a native English speaker, so I don't know the subtleties of how long "several days" would be, but I assume less than two weeks.

ETA 24-4-2024: I have now access to the lab.

I'm in the same boat as these 2. Kind of bizarre this just started happening to us this month. Sounds like something strange is happening on the MS side.
