    Hello Amit Mohanty,

Thank you for posting your query here!

After installing Azure storage explorer, launch it and sign in with your Azure account. You can use the same email id that you used to create your storage account.

If you don't see your subscription, click on the Manage Accounts icon on the left panel and make sure your subscription is selected.

Please check that the subscription is associated with the same tenant that you signed in with. If you signed in with a different tenant, you may not be able to see the subscription.

If you are still unable to load your subscription in Storage Explorer, there could be several reasons why this is happening. Here are some things you can check to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check if you have the latest version of Storage Explorer installed. Make sure that you have the latest version of Storage Explorer installed on your machine. You can download the latest version from here

    2. Try clearing the cache in Storage Explorer. You can clear the cache by going to the Help menu and selecting "Clear Cache".

Hi , Welcome to MS Q&A

Please try these below points to fix

    1. Can you try to re-login in the storage explorer & try to re-authenticate ? Try to right-click on the storage account and refresh.
    2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Azure Storage Explorer. Older versions may have compatibility issues or bugs that could prevent proper access to Azure resources.

Also , find doc for further troubleshooting in case above points does not help https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/azure-storage/common/storage-explorer-troubleshooting?tabs=Windows
