I am getting error on Exchange server when I try to restart Microsoft Exchange Transport service. Now I unable to receive mails for any users .

According to your description, I have a few questions to confirm with you:
3.Do you login the server as Domian Administrator?
4.Did you check whether there is any related errors in Application log on the server side?
