Unable to create notebooks/lakehouse(any Fabric objects)

Hello team,
I have successfully associated a paid fabric capacity to a workspace in Synapse Data Engineering. Still the fabric complains to use a paid fabric capacity in order to create lakehouse or notebooks. Screenshots attached
Please advise.
