    Hi,

You can try reaching out to Azure support for assistance. They might be able to provide guidance on how to proceed or inform you about any restrictions in your region.

Please note that if you already have an existing account, changing the country or region for that account is not supported. However, you can create a new account in a different country or region and then contact Azure support to transfer your subscription to the new account. , open a support request.

Please check this for ref https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/troubleshoot-subscription/troubleshoot-azure-sign-up

kindly accept answer , if it helps!

    Hello ,@Vannda Kul,

It sounds like you are trying to get your school recognized as an educational institution so that students can sign up for a free Azure student account using your school during the registration process. This is different than adding a custom domain name (which you'd want to tag as Azure AD). Is this correct?

The process for getting a school officially recognized as an educational institution is outside the scope of Azure service and product questions. Unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with the process and my initial round of research wasn't terribly productive although I'll share it here in case it helps:

@Vannda Kul Microsoft Azure for Students is currently available in select countries only. Unfortunately, if we do not support the country yet an account cannot be created. We are constantly expanding though, so be on the lookout!

If you need further assistance, submit a request from here based on your region.
