@Tianyu Li Confirmed they are now able to login to the Azure portal using another login information. However, they do not have all their resources listed,
@Tianyu Li Confirmed access issue has been resolved however, not all resources can be seen on the tenant.
Solution:
- Provided steps to elevate access for his Global Administrator account using the Azure portal
- Confirmed all resources can now be viewed.
