I have lost my phone with the authenticator app on it. Now I have a new phone but I can not access to IG, FB, Outlook because it ask me the autentication code.
Please let me know if you know what I can do

The problem is I don't have cloud backup, I reset my phone accidentally. Now authenticator is sending code to the previous app which is not available now. How to set that same authenticator app on my new phone. This is a serious issue and the Microsoft team should share this in a separate section in their articles but they haven't.
Has there been a reply to this yet, I lost my phone and don’t have a back up either. Now I can’t access anything work related at all
