Certificate not available in Microsoft Profile Credentials

I recently completed AZ-500, Microsoft Azure Security Technologies on 11th November 2023 with MCID - 995841489, but it's not reflected in the Microsoft Learn Profile credentials. Kindly refer AZ-500 completion.pdf. Kindly please help me to solve this problem.
