How do I share a Microsoft forms Survey with a co-worker (Questions and Responses)

I am trying to share a microsoft forms survey with my colleague - whereby she can view the questions and responses not in excel format. When I press 'more options', I only have the option to 'duplicate' and not 'collaborate'. How can I change this and allow my colleague permission to this form?
