Updating manifest is not working for Ms Teams App

I want to update the manifest of our app but currently when I press Update Manifest in the teams developer portal page it doesn't work
I attached 2 screenshots to show you the error and also a screenshot that show the current manifest.
How can we handle this issue?
Are there other ways to update the manifest?

We have checked this from our side and we are able to update the manifest from teams developer portal. -

As you see in the screenshot the manifest of our app has manifest version prop empty and prop manifestVersion is "".
Do you think this or other properties listed in the manifest screenshot might produce the error?

If manifestVersion is not provided, it can produce error or unexpected results. -

and this is a result with an incognito window

As you can see the validator finds an error in the package -

Yes we also tried it from our end and it was not validation, showing errors while doing so.
Can you once check what error it's giving from your side and try to share updated manifest. It can be the possible case why your manifest version is not updating.
