I can't deploy a model from the Azure AI model catalog

I'm trying to deploy the Command R+ model from Cohere's Azure AI model catalog, however I'm faced with the message: "This offer is not made available for your Azure Account's region".

My resource group is in East us 2 and I also tried in Sweden, the places that in documentation indicates are available.

@Luizzzz Thanks for reaching out to us, may I know if you are in pay as you go tier or a free tier?

Please see the Prerequisites here -

An Azure subscription with a valid payment method. Free or trial Azure subscriptions won't work. If you don't have an Azure subscription, create a paid Azure account to begin.

An Azure AI hub resource. Important For Cohere family models, the pay-as-you-go model deployment offering is only available with AI hubs created in EastUS, EastUS2 or Sweden Central regions.

An Azure AI project in Azure AI Studio.

Azure role-based access controls (Azure RBAC) are used to grant access to operations in Azure AI Studio. To perform the steps in this article, your user account must be assigned the Azure AI Developer role on the resource group. For more information on permissions, see Role-based access control in Azure AI Studio.

@YutongTie-MSFT , I double-checked all requirements. It's all OK. It seems to me that there is a block by country that is not disclosed in the documentation
