Firewall: Check the Windows Firewall settings on the staging server to ensure that inbound and outbound rules allow traffic related to AD and file sharing (such as TCP/UDP ports 88, 389, 445, etc.). Temporarily turn off the firewall for testing to eliminate interference from firewall rules.

AD service availability: Use the ping command to test the network connectivity to the domain controller to ensure that the ping can be successful. If the ping fails, check whether there are port blocks or ACL restrictions on network devices (such as switches and routers).
