Missing certification in my profile.

Hi Team,

I received the email to renew my AZ-104 a while ago. When I went to my profile I couldn't find the certification anywhere.

I'm guessing it's an issue related to a duplicate profile.

I have attached a few screenshots with this message.

The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
