How to get my sandbox for training modules unlocked? I have submitted an appeal, it has been more than a week.

Checked the troubleshooting page and nothing about this issue. Logged out and back in still does not work.

I booked my exam for the end of this month, but it's been more than a week, and I still cant get these training modules to work.

Does anyone know to know how to fix this?
