Hello, everyone

I have a question regarding the registration of corporate-owned devices with work profiles. I created a record, took a factory reset phone, and read the token. The device goes through the entire setup process, but it doesn't create two profiles; it only creates one profile

@Guilherme Dos Santos Soares, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems we have done COPE enrollment but the personal profile is not there.

To check on this, please firstly go to Intune portal, and check what is the OS of the affected device.User's image

Meanwhile, please also check your device to see if it is in the Android Enterprise: support list.

Please check the above information and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.

    Hello, @Crystal-MSFT

I apologize for my limited knowledge of Intune; I am currently an intern at the company, and my project involves using Intune. I am exploring the mobile aspect, which is a strong focus for the company right now, along with configuring computers using Autopilot.

I noticed that the last device I registered was not on the Android Enterprise list. I have since replaced it with a device that is on the appropriate list. The Android version on this new device is 13. I attempted two methods to configure it: one using the afw#setup method and the other by accessing the phone's settings and navigating to "Google" > "Work" > "Set up and restore", where I scanned the QR code. However, the issue persists, and the device remains locked in the same manner.
