Hello madhusudhan makkena,
Greetings...Thanks for posting this in the Microsoft Q&A Community.
From my understanding, you cannot access your subscription after moving it to a new tenant.
Firstly, you need to wait because moving subscriptions takes time sometimes before your subscription shows up in the new tenant. I will suggest you wait for an hour or two.
Secondly, check all the tenants to which the user account that moved the subscription belongs. It might have been moved to a different tenant.
Thirdly, If this above doesn't work, in the old tenant where you moved the subscription back to, elevate the access of the user account (if it is the Global Administrator) in the tenant. This will allow you to view all the subscriptions and resources within that tenant.
Follow this link to get more information about this. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/elevate-access-global-admin?tabs=azure-portal#perform-steps-at-root-scope
Let me know if this works.
