Does ApiManagementGatewayLogs support non-english logs for exporting?

I am trying to develop a way to display ApiManagementGatewayLogs on my own server for cost calculation purposes. However, I am encountering issues where if an API title or userID contains anything other than English, it goes blank. Does that mean ApiManagementGatewayLogs currently doesn't support non-english information? If it does, how may I export it via the Reporting API? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jeff could you provide an example? If there's a problem it may be related to character encoding
If you could provide an example or screen snip of the App titles/user id not in English that would be helpful

In this screenshot, the apiID displayed is not the full apiID name (i.e.: There is more Chinese characters in front of "test" in API Management as well as "test3-v2". The userID is also incorrect obviously as its blank, but as its all setup in Chinese I am unable to view it. This is on Azure Logs Analytics Workspace btw, figured I'll start here before working my way to the coding section. Due to confidentiality reasons, I am unable to share more information. Hi Jeff - sure , i think that's enough. There are support colleagues here that monitor this that may already know and be able to answer (and indeed if you can, you can also raise this question as a support ticket)

What I can do is raise this in an internal forum that the product folks follow and see if I can get an answer for you that way (they may also ask for you to open a support case though).

Thank you for your response Ben! Please do let me know if there are any existing solutions to this. Currently, I am manually overriding this issues with code so a better solution would be much appreciated!

I'd have to contact my manager to open a support ticket, but I've managed to work around the empty API names, and now just have the empty userID to worry about. Still have no idea how to match the userID to actual users though.

After looking into this, i have found that when an API title or userID contains anything other than English, its going blank which is a bug.
