How to add certification profile to learn, when you have two emails registered with learn i.e. work and personal.

Hi, I have recently cleared my PL-300 exam.
And I am not able to see the certification Badge in any of my Learn dashboards (personal / work).
I wish to add same certification profile to work and personal Learn dashboard, so that I can share the certificates within my organization and can continue to access them even if I am no longer working in the same organization.
But I can see the prompt saying, once added this cannot be changed.
Though my previous certification is visible in my work profile.
Requesting personal chat support, to resolve this issue.
