Thanks for the quick reply and providing details! Without being able to look into your setup, it's harder to isolate the root cause but I reached out to the B2C team to check if there were any known changes that could affect the image rendering and will update as they reply. It could be a .NET rendering issue but I filed a bug to investigate based on your screenshots.
One thing to note is that this will happen if you sign in with a Microsoft Account instead of Entra ID account. So if you sign in with an Entra ID/Azure AD account you will continue see your company branded page. I would also recommend checking using an incognito browser to see if you see the same results.
