The newly created VM doesn't allow connection via IP

Hi,

Ports 22 and 21 are open. When attempting to ping, there's no response at all...

I've created and deleted three machines that encountered the same error.

It only connects via browser serial console on Azure

I've followed all procedures,

it's as if the public IP isn't functioning.

When I try to ping, nothing happens. If I try to connect via SSH, I get an error: 'ssh: connect to host <my_ip> port 22: Connection refused.'

    Hi @Adão Braga ,

maybe this helps with the connection issues:

Troubleshoot SSH connections to an Azure Linux VM that fails, errors out, or is refused

NSG inbound rule: Check security rules
