Hello, I have installed Visual Studio Enterprice 2022 Preview 17.10.0 Preview 1.0, I also have the xamarin components.

When debugging my Xamarin application I get this error and I don't know how to remove it "is waiting for the debugger to attach"

Can you help me solve it?

Xamarin and the emulator version.

This is a message waiting for the debugger to attach to the emulator, not an error. Will your program stop here?

Could you please provide specific steps to reproduce and update it to the question?

The emulator is android 9.0 API 28 Pixel 2

When installing visual studio 2022 it now comes with the Maui option instead of the Xamarin option.

Install xamarin from the Individual Components Xamarin, Xamarin Profiler and Xamarin Remoted Simulator option. The application does not end there after that message the application works correctly, I could not find where it shows the version of Xamarin.

When you click on debug application, it starts loading the application you see the message "waiting for the debugger", then the message disappears and the application loads completely.

As stated in Bruce's (SqlWork.com) answer. This pop-up window is not an error, but just a reminder that VS is attaching the ADB debugger to the simulator.
