limit on number of "Federated credentials" for an app

When I tried to add a credential in an application in app registration in Microsoft Azure, I got the following error message: "Failed to add federated credential. Error detail: This configuration exceeds the global application object limit. Remove some items and retry your request."

I currently have 20 applications in the registered App. Is there a limit on the "Federated credentials"?

Hi @Wenjia Tang ,

There is a hard limit of 20 federated credentials per application object. There isn't currently a way to increase this quota, even through a support request. But you can create another application registration to work around the limit at the moment.
