iPad Frozen in Company Portal

We have had two iPads now get "Frozen in Comp". This happens when a device is initially logged into for the first time and it is immediately directed to Microsoft Company Portal to login for Intune enrollment. When prompted to sign in it stays on that screen with the loading symbol. Since it is locked we are unable to refresh the tab. We have restarted the same device several times now in hope to get a different result but unsuccessful. What is the solution?

    @Marra Please share more information to help us to know this issue.

    1.Which enrollment method did you use to enroll these iPads?

    2.Which version of your iPad?

    Please try to go to Settings on your phone, go to Company Portal, scroll to 'enable advanced Logging' and toggle on. Do this a few times and check if it shows the login page.

    Or please check if this iPad is already in intune portal. If yes, try to delete it in both Intune portal and Microsoft Entra portal (Azure AD portal) and re-enroll to see if the result will be different.

    @Marra,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    For your issue, could you please confirm us what kind of iOS enrollment type you are using? I have done some research, here are some potential reasons.

    1.There's a temporary outage with Apple services.

    2.iOS/iPadOS enrollment is set to use VPP tokens but there's something wrong with the VPP token.

    3.The iPad version may not support Intune enrollment.

    Here are some solutions you can refer to fix this issue.

    1.Check whether the device meet the Intune enrollment requirements.

    2.Determine if there's something wrong with the VPP token and fix it.

    3.Wipe the affected devices.

    4.Restart the enrollment process.

    5.Check whether the network works properly.

    6.Try to delete the enrollment profile and create a new enrollment profile to re-enroll.
