In portal open cloud shell and restart it. After restarting cloud shell started working.
Azure - EastUS - Failed to create the resource group - ServerTimeout

Is there any issue with Azure EastUS cloud? I am unable to create new Resource Group in the East US, East US2 region from last 3 hours. Returning 'ServerTimeout - The request timed out' error message.
Even tried using Az CLI same error message.

At the moment there is no public issue in the East US region public announced. -

I did visit Azure Status and Resource Health pages they were not indicating any issue.
Moreover, I tried to create resource group with AZ CLI as well it failed with similar timeout error. Here is snapshot of Az Monitor Activity log.
However, Azure seems to be working fine today.
PS. We faced Az SQL Database downtime in same EastUS region on 3-Apr@23:59Z as well and there were no reports of that on Azure Status as well. But in Az Monitor activity log we could see health status changing to unavailable and returning back to healthy after 2 hrs.
