We have a production site that's down and shows a status of Admin Disabled. It's been down for 4 hours. All bills are paid in case your wondering...
I lodged a ticket with support 3 hours ago (after buying a support agreement) and have had a response suggesting I log out and log back in again and nothing since.
This is pretty catastrophic, I've got the entire business shouting at us and I can't get a response to what I'm sure is a simple problem.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
