Unable to Launch Lab

Hi. I am unable to Lauch Labs. I got the error quite a while ago (at least a week, probably longer) and I made an appeal. I am still receiving the following message about the review still being considered:

Your appeal has been received. Appeals are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and may take several days to process. If your appeal is approved, you will regain access to sandboxes and other interactive learning resources.

How long do I need to wait for the appeal to be reviewed? It has certainly taken much longer than several days. I've tried logging on different browsers but it still doesn't work.
