I am having "Backend call failure" error

Hi,

I am having "Backend call failure" most times in my static web app built with next js. This happens mostly during the noon time. In the morning and evening it works fine

I see you have added the Azure Static WebApps tag for this thread could you please confirm whether your particular application(ecohotels.com) is hosted on Azure Static WebApps service or Azure App Service or another any Azure Services?

Is this domain "ecohotels.com" is hosted on azure or where it is hosted? Also, is this domain is added as custom domain to static webapp?

Could you please run the availability and performance detector under the diagnose and solve problems of your static webapp during the impacted time to understand more.

Also, help us with some high-level architecture of your application how is configured, and which service are involved inbetween them.
