Hello! I've encountered a failure signing in though Windows Hello.

Hello!

Just this morning i encoutered a total failure to log in to Windows 10, using Windows Hello Fingerprint aswell as with established PIN.

I was asked to create a new PIN code, and did so. Afterwards I'm still unable to use Fingerprint. I removed the old finger print "setting", But still to no avail.

I'm also having trouble with using Outlook with my University email, could this correlate?

I've noticed a failed Windows Update kb5034441, from just two days ago.

Error code : 0x80070643

Does anyone have any ideas?

    To resolve this issue, please kindly follow below steps:

    1.Please try to update Windows OS version which may fix issues you're facing with Windows Hello.

    Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

    After the restart, please sign in Windows Hello again.

    If there's any further error when you trying to install the update, please kindly let us know.
