How to debug and fix 'Fatal signal 11 (SIGSEGV), code 1 (SEGV_MAPERR)' error on MAUI Android app

I have an Android app published in 'open testing' in Play store. And I am seeing 2% crash rate with this error. I have got the logcat file for 2 crashes, but not able to figure out any source/reason for crash.
I am really looking for some help to make progress in trying to debug this crash.

- Does this crash only happen in tests on the Play Store?
- I searched for a similar issue in GitHub Crash on startup for default MAUI Blazor app on Android release mode #4262. Although it is a Blazor project, the error message is the same. Did the solution in this issue help you?

- There is no direct repro that I have. My app is an ebook reader app, where books are rendered in WebView. After few cycles of opening and closing the book, sometimes it crashes. I am unable to figure anything from the logcat file, can you help here on how to debug further?
- No, actual users are also seeing the crash.
- I have tried this, it does not work. Also, my app does not crash on start up.
