Windows 2016 Essentials Server - Dynamic DNS failing

Hi
We are having a problem since the 11/4/2024 where the Windows 2016 Essentials server with its anywhere access facility cannot update the Dynamic DNS records for the 'companyname.remotewebaccess.com' A record after their router has changed its dynamic IP address, it has been rebooted and obtained a new BT Internet dynamic IP address.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue recently?
This happed a few years ago during lockdown and remote users were unable to create their VPN tunnels to the essential server. Eventually Microsoft fixed the problem and it looks to be a very similar issue again.
Any help in fixing it now would be grateful.

The dynamic DNS information cannot be updated
Also get an issue trying to set the registered remotewebaccess address again:
