    I understand you want to remove 2FA on your lost phone.

    If you have a global administrator or Authentication Admin account, you can reset your Entra ID and set up MFA again using Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, as shown in the screenshot.

    User's image If you cannot log in to your Microsoft Entra ID, contact your global administrator and request them to reset your 2FA to your account.
