iPads uninstalling apps on their own?

Hi all.  We have 12 users with ipads (iOS 17.4.1) in Intune and they are reporting apps are uninstalling themselves.  Additional info:

-Outlook, Teams are some of them.  These apps are set to the REQUIRED group and these users are not in any UNINSTALL group for these apps. 

-The app set to REQUIRED group has ‘Install as removable’ set to YES.  However, the users aren’t manually uninstalling the app on their own.

-The ipads have plenty of space and the ‘Offload Unused Apps’ feature is NOT enabled on the local device.

-The apps iOS volume apps and are pushed down to the device during enrollment after the user signs into company portal app.

-The users are not signed into the iPad with their own apple ID.  They are just using company portal.

-What is really odd is that the first block of users have had their ipads for 2+ months now and haven’t reported this.  Just the most recent people that were enrolled in the last 2-3 weeks.

Can anyone think of what it may be that’s doing this?  I collected logs in company portal on the device, but it just seems like a real time log and not historical so it would/may show me when/why the apps were removed some time ago.

    @Courtney Regan, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know some apps on iPadOS are deleted accidently. And the end users don't manually uninstall them. The Phenomenon is strange. Are these apps recently try to update?If not, I suggest open case to look into the issue.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/get-support
