    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

    Could you please tell me:

Can you log into Teams from the Teams web client?

Have you switched from Teams Classic to New Teams?

If you can log into the Teams web client, try clearing the Teams cache:

If you are using Teams classic, please switch to New Teams.

The problem may occur with license allocation, please contact the administrator Go to M365 Admin Center -> billing -> licenses -> click on the license you have. A list of users should appear -> click on the user who is having trouble with teams -> on the top, click "Manage apps & services" -> look for Microsoft Teams in the list of available apps and check it.

If your tenant is an Education tenant, in Microsoft 365 Education tenants, Microsoft Teams isn't enabled by default. You need to turn it on manually. Please refer to this document to learn how to enable Microsoft Teams for your school.
