The Microsoft SQLXML Bulkload 4.0 Type Library is missing from my reference library

Question

The Microsoft SQLXML Bulkload 4.0 Type Library is not showing up in my reference library. Is there another method to get the reference? I tried using the c:>tlbimp xblkld4.dll however that did not work either. Thanks for you help!

I agree with Yitzhak Khabinsky, please ensure you 've installed it first.

If you've installed it but the Microsoft SQLXML Bulkload 4.0 Type Library still not show up in your reference library, could you please post screenshot or detail error information to help us narrow down the issue.
