I've reviewed this article but I still had some questions.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/networking/technologies/nps/nps-manage-export

In order to keep the existing IP for the NPS server, can I follow these steps?

  1. build new server with new IP
  2. export config from old server
  3. power down old server
  4. swap IP’s of new and old server
  5. import config on new server
  6. register server in AD.

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Yes, according to the Microsoft Official Documentation, the mentioned steps are fine for NPS server migration.

    Meanwhile please kindly:

1.Always back up the server before taking any change.

2.Take care of the NPS server configuration file and avoid any data leak.
