I understand that your VPN has regular network issues starting 9 April and you would like to know the root cause behind it.
I checked internally and found that there are few other customers who have reported the same issue, and the support team has already engaged the backend team for further investigation.
Later, we received an update that the issue has been mitigated and the multiple 'Unknown Resource Health Event' messages should have stopped by now.
The alerts above were false negatives and this was a purely cosmetic issue and had no effect on the actual connectivity.
If you are observing any connectivity issues, then a support request should be created for further investigation.
You confirmed that you are observing connectivity issues on your VPN and have already raised a support request where the support team has advised to check the configuration on-premises. So, you will be validating the configuration for further resolution of this issue.
