I want to read(if possible write as well) data from JSON file. I have a React based Word add-in. The JSON file can be included in the package folder root(same location as manifest.xml).
Is there any JavaScript API to read/write file data ?
Also is it possible to include custom fields to manifest.xml file and read them through any JavaScript API ?
