Required Permissions for Azure CLI Spot-Placement-Recommender API Execution

Question

I'm trying to use the Azure CLI to retrieve the spot-placement-recommender based on the information in the following link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/compute-diagnostic/spot-placement-recommender?view=azure-cli-latest

However, the API did not execute and returned a SubscriptionForbidden error. I would like to know what permissions are required on the subscription for this operation

If this was a 403 error, I would recommend looking at permissions, API key, authentication, or throttling issues. That doesn't appear to be the case, however, and in this case we need to take a closer look at your resources. • Email body: Your Subscription ID
