Custom Connector Issues in PowerApps

When we open the app in the edit mode, it looks like the connector have been removed from the app but we did not make changes to the app. We put the custom connector back in the app and it is giving invalid parameter for some of the actions. It gives an error about the formulas in the app but nothing has changed with these formulas and they previously worked. If we go an look at the connections of the app we can see both the gateway and the correct custom connector are connected but neither load on this page - there is no error, it just says loading,

The app has been embedded in Power BI. This version is working with but does have some weird behaviour. We load values into a gallery from a view in a database. Some of these values reset to 100 some of the time but not all of the time. Do you know why this would be happening? 

We are able to trigger runs (which would go through the custom connector) but this behaviour is inconsistent in that the runs sometimes trigger correctly and sometimes don't. 

Does anyone know why we would be experiencing this behaviour?
