Unable to schedule Exam- link to corporate email is causing problems

I want to schedule DP-600 exam using my work ID as I have got a voucher from my company, but I am unable to schedule the exam, frequently getting error as "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one. " . Please help me to solve this as soon as possible.
