My portal.azure.com account has been locked - Raising a support ticket requires successful login

Hello

I tried to access portal.azure.com today and I am getting information that my account is locked.

• My account works for all other Microsoft services
• Only portal.azure.com is impacted.
• I used Azure portal with the account only for educational purposes so nothing important is there, however, I need to do some hands-on refresh of the platform.

I went through several articles describing how and where to get support, however, all those options are available after a successful login. So It seems that it is not possible to get support without active account.

The most probable issue might be related to billing but still ... all support options are possible after successful authentication that is disabled for the account.

Are there any other options to contact support and unlock the account?

1. Contact Azure Support via Phone: Microsoft offers phone support for Azure customers. You can find the phone number for your region on the Azure support page. Even if you can't access the Azure portal, you should still be able to contact support via phone and explain your situation. 2. Use a Different Account to Access Support: If you have access to another Azure account or a different Microsoft account, you can try logging in with that account and accessing Azure support.
