Openshift Cluster stuck, cannot delete

Hello,
Openshift cluster is stuck in provisioning state: creating, tried to delete it but to no avail, seems to be stuck entirely. How can I force delete it, since it seems to lock up everything.

Are you able to delete the resource group that the Cluster is being created in? If you are still facing issues please let me know and we can work with you directly to troubleshoot this.
