Hello,

I'm facing with an interesting issue. I have just revived an old account, which was linked to an account that does not exist anymore, so I made a change. The reason why is that I would like to learn some Dynamics 365. Now to launch the "lab" or Sandbox for exercises, I receive an error

"Email is required to activate a sandbox or lab

Your Microsoft account must be linked to a valid email to activate a sandbox or lab. Go to Microsoft Account Settings to link your email and try again.

For more information, please check the troubleshooting guidance page."

When I arrive to account setting then I receive the following error which you can see in the print screen. Now it's obvious that 30 days it's a long time, all my willingness will perish until than. I would like to know how can I progress with the lab or sandbox exercises in this situation. Or what options I have?

Thank you!

Tibor

The error message suggests that your Microsoft account needs to be linked to a valid email to activate a sandbox or lab. If you’re having trouble doing this due to an error in your account settings, it might be a good idea to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance

    Hello Alex,

    thank you for your answer.

Microsoft Support for assistance, is like a labyrinth it goes nowhere only to another article section. I'm not familiar with this structure, honestly, I don't know how to get to an agent via chat or something, otherwise, I don't see how this problem can be solved. I'm stuck.

    Thanks

    Tibor
