The subscription xxx is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm.

Question

Bonjour à tous et toutes,

J'essaie de déployer une API C# sur Azure, en créant une "Application Web", je remplis bien ce qu'il faut. Mais au moment de déployer l'application j'ai une ressource où j'ai un statut BadGateway. Quand je regarde un peu plus les détails j'ai un message "The subscription 'XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX' is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm.".

J'ai un abonnement gratuit étudiant mais il me que ce type de compte à le droit de faire cela.

Comme solution j'ai essayer diverses choses, comme me reconnecter plusieurs fois, recréer plusieurs fois l'application, ou encore ce qu'on trouve sur ce post stack overflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/78101504/azure-app-service-deployment-failing-the-subscription-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-is-not-al.
Mais rien n'y fait, je n'arrive pas à corriger mon problème.
