I book exam now for SC 100 and suppose i take Discounts but it is not showing , what is should do , please help me

I'm currently trying to book the SC 100 exam, and as an MCT, I'm entitled to discounts. However, I'm unable to see the discounts reflected in the booking process. Can you please advise me on what steps I should take to resolve this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
